The members of the hunting party had been specifically requested to bring only male dogs on the hunt. One member had only a female, which out of courtesy he was allowed to bring.
The hunt started and in a matter of seconds the pack was over the hill. The confused hunters, far behind, stopped and asked a farmer if he had seen the pack.
"Yep," he said, "And that's the first time I ever saw the fox running sixth."
