THE subject comes up every once in a while: AA ought to have a password. Came up while we were hammering this edition into shape. And out of the talk serious and facetious came an answer: we don't need it!

Item: The latest issue of The Cape Codder records the appearance of red cardboard signs with black arrows that bore the words "Easy Does It" plastered all over the Outer Cape on a recent weekend. Mysterious though they were to most of the Cape Residents and later travelers. . .all AA'ers in the vicinity knew they pointed the way to the Fifth Anniversary Celebration of the Founding of the Fellowship at Odd Fellows Hall in Orleans.
