A PROPOSAL approved by the 1958 General Service Conference--but subject to movement-wide discussion before final action at the 1959 Conference--is now before the groups. The proposal is that the present ratio of eight non-alcoholic and seven alcoholic Trustees on the General Service Board be changed to an equal representation of nine and nine.
