PTSD, alcoholism a concern in returning troops

Military service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are likely to experience posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alcohol-use disorders simultaneously, and the number of troops with this serious co-morbidity is likely to rise as more come home.
