February 2014: I Found My HP Under a Flatbed Truck
He hopped on his bike to get to his Step meeting, but encountered a pickup that was delivering Step Two

I sat upright in the middle of the street, noticing the clear Carolina blue sky and the stillness that surrounded me. I had just managed to lay down 600 pounds of rubber and steel in the form of a motorcycle, my bike skidding to a halt under the rear of the flatbed trailer.
