Someday, Coffee and Honey Buns

I’m writing this from a Florida prison, where it’s hard to get to an AA meeting. When I first got in here in 2010, we had meetings; I actually used to chair them for a while. I also used to chair meetings on the outside.

The meeting we had here was good. It was held in a small classroom near the recovery program area. I was there on a daily basis and really got into recovery. I also wrote to the AA World Services office about the corrections correspondence program, and I got an outside AA sponsor who helped me work the Steps.
