Years of AA have given him sobriety and acceptance and a life with compassion and wonder

At 19 years old, I was introduced to AA when I was indicted by a grand jury and locked in a county jail on drug charges. I had already been in jail several times because of alcohol. My last drink was some two years later, in November of 1973.
