A Slip of the Tongue
A mistake during a reading of How It Works gets him thinking
To the best of my recollection, every AA meeting I have ever attended had, at some point, a reading of either "How It Works" or the Twelve Steps. Naturally, at various times, mistakes have been made in the course of those readings. Most involve the simple mispronunciation of a word or the transposing of one word for another in the same area.
