June 2013: That Man Is Me
No longer eating from dumpsters, a Wall St. exec is reminded to give back

I am a sea captain, a father, a songwriter, a son, a businessman. I was a married man. I climbed the ladder, got way up high. I am an alcoholic, and I kissed the whiskey goodbye.
I was introduced to booze at a fairly late age. I did not really start drinking until after I left college and landed a job with a publically traded retail company. While I studied the sciences, I was also very interested in literature, especially the writings of the Lost Generation: Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, T.S. Eliot, and the rest of that gang.
