We remember well this day just 33 years ago, for a precisely 1:32 P.M., EST, the 18th Amendment to the Constitution of the U.S., which prohibited the manufacture, distribution, sale and importation of booze was nullified when the state of Utah ratified the 21st Amendment repealing what was laughingly known as "The Noble Experiment."
