Enlisting the Business Community
To have a successful [alcoholism] program we must put people back in productivity, and productivity in the U.S.A., whether we like it or not, means "Is he a taxpayer or is he a tax consumer?" Now we have had great programs in the past ten years which enlist professional help-givers, the social workers, the public health nurses, the police, Alcoholics Anonymous, and others.
