Now when he takes the family to the stadium, he makes better plays and remembers the game

When I had about five years of sobriety, I went to a college football game and realized some of the pain I used to cause my wife of almost 37 years.

I’m now able to go to games. It took almost two years of sobriety before I would even attend one. College football and tailgating used to be a relief for me. I used to drink the whole weekend, and most of the time I would think that people weren’t getting mad at me.
