Staying sober this holiday
With the spirit of service in mind, the author of “Holiday Surprise” brought sweets to her AA meeting only to discover there was liquor in them! She quickly threw them away. “I felt terrible,” she writes. “I had neglected to read the ingredients.” Whew! Disaster thwarted.
