Physicians' Problems

SANFRANCISCO, CALIF.--Even doctors have problems with alcoholism. In fact, the medical profession loses the equivalent of one medical-school class every year to alcoholism and alcohol-related problems, according to Dr. Charles Becker, chief of the Alcohol Detoxification Unit at San Francisco General Hospital and an assistant professor at the University of California here.
