Finding my lane
How learning to ask for help on a sober bowling team helped him find a Higher Power
One day at my morning meeting, a friend passed around a flyer announcing a sober bowling league. I was just five months into my sobriety and eager to continue experiencing the new life that AA had opened up for me. I had no social life during my many dark years of drinking, so I signed up to go bowling.
