FIJI--Teachers arriving at school with hangovers, red eyes, and shaky legs are worrying the Fiji Teachers' Union. The union president, Krishna Datt, says pupils and colleagues are quick to notice signs of a hangover, and a small number of teachers need cautioning about their drinking habits.
