Another License to Lose

SUVA, FIJI--Personal permits to boy or drink alcohol have been recommended as a means of cutting the crime rate in Fiji. Anyone found baying or drinking liquor without a permit would face imprisonment or a fine if the proposals of the Royal Commission on Crime are implemented. Those convicted for drunkenness would also lose their drinking permits for up to a year.
