'Epidemic' Among Veterans

WASHINGTON, D.C.--Senator Alan Cranston, Democrat of California, said that five new outpatient clinics were being established at Veterans Administration hospitals at a cost of $1,100,000 to help combat "virtually epidemic" alcoholism among veterans.
