Coming Together

I only have one instance of trying to corral God into my life. I needed a B in my elementary math class. Needless to say, God didn’t produce and I never thought about the concept again till I walked into the doors of AA desperate and hopeless—and most importantly ready to admit that alcohol had indeed corralled me and wouldn’t loosen its grip.
