Epidemic Among Teenagers?

Teenagers are beginning to use alcohol at slightly earlier ages than the youths of 20 or 30 years ago and are getting drunk more frequently, a study by the National Council on Alcoholism shows.
However, the study reported that there was no true epidemic of teenage alcoholism in the United States. Rather, the main problem among youths was intoxication, it said.
