NEW DELHI, INDIA--The Railway Ministry has ordered engineers of diesel and electric trains to have Breathalyzer tests "so that no driver steps onto the footplate of his locomotive after consuming alcohol." The ministry said in a statement that the tests would be extended to steam-driven-locomotive engineers, railroad guards, and other employees.
