March 2011: How I’ve Sponsored

I have listened to Step work in various ways. I sponsored a woman who said she couldn’t get her Fourth Step written because her husband and kids were always around.  I invited her to come to my house for a weekend. My husband was out of town and she was able to get her husband to watch the kids. 

She came over that weekend, sat in my guest room and wrote her Fourth Step. We were able to get through her Fifth Step by Sunday. 

I sponsored a woman who was terrified to read her Fifth Step to me.  I suggested we drive to the beach for the day and do it... Login to read more
