A.A.'s Country-wide News Circuit

Group Interest Helps

Although a relatively small group of 21 members, the Greenville, Mich., A.A.s find that active interest in social and business affairs of the organization pays. Picnics, fish fries, annual banquets and get-togethers help to make good fellowship possible. This Group also reports it has the sheriff's office and the probate and circuit court judges behind the program. Sheriff Walter Arntz frequently attends the meetings, accompanied by one of his "pupils" and has frequently said, "Jail is no place to cure an alcoholic." Probate Judge Rasmussen and Circuit Court Judge Morris K. Davis of Ionia and Montcalm counties.
