Around AA - Items of AA Information and Experience

At the 26th annual meeting of the AA General Service Conference (U.S. and Canada), April 19-24, in New York City, its 133 members thoroughly discussed subjects that have drawn the attention of AAs in many areas. The theme of the Conference was "Sponsorship--Our Privilege and Responsibility," and it was agreed that this activity--unique to AA--has helped the Fellowship reach its present estimated membership of over 1,000,000.
