Special Hispanic Forum
November 11-12, 2006
Delegates from the east Central region of the U.S. responded to a need, expressed by Spanish-speaking districts in Wisconsin and the Chicago area, for service information. To address this need, a Special Hispanic Forum was presented in Kenosha, Wisconsin, November 11-12, 2006. This special forum was attended by 103 Spanish-and-English-speaking people. Simultaneous translation was provided to facilitate communication.
