WE don't know when those manufacturers of you-know-what will run out of "Men of Distinction" for their handsome advertisements, but if they ever do we might nominate a "Month of Distinction" by the name of February.

February starts off with Candlemas Day, more popularly known as Ground-hog Day. Then Valentine's Day, two great American birthdays for the Father of Our Country and the Great Emancipator, and February has the numerical distinction of being the shortest month that has ever happened.
