From the September 1955 magazine.

From the Grass Roots

My subscription to the Grapevine is now in its sixth year. My occupation takes me to many different parts of the world, so my copy is mailed to my home address. My non-alcoholic wife reads it from cover to cover and forwards it to me. After I have finished reading it I make an effort to pass it on to some interested party.

Now I want it understood I am very thankful that for the most part the pages of our publication are filled with bouquets rather than brickbats. Please try to bear with me and understand that the following is strictly intended to be constructive criticism.
