P. O. Box 1980
Being the oldest member in our group and often called an old-timer one may think that there would be little new for me at the regular meeting. It appears that many old-timers feel that it is useless to attend regularly, for that reason. However, last Wednesday evening the leader of the meeting chose Step Seven as the topic: Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings. We entered into considerable discussion as to the difference between defects in character and shortcomings. Among the several differences we felt existed, one struck me forcibly, when one of the members felt that the failure to attend meetings was a shortcoming.
