Quietly content?

I am at the stage of recovery where I am starting to get straight with my creditors, and seem to be leveling out as far as the old peaks of elation and depression are concerned. But one thing still worries me, and I share it with you in the hope that some of you may have had similar trouble.

In the old days when I drank, I was the most emotional creature that God ever put breath into. But since I have gotten sober, I have swung in the opposite direction to an alarming degree.
