Who's Different?

WHAT'S all this jabberwocky about alcoholics being "different"? Different than, or from, what? If those who insist we are different mean that when we recover from our little tête-a-tête with J. B., Esq., we act more or less like decent human beings in contrast to our erstwhile behavior, I'll go along. I'll be hanged, however, if there seems to be anything else much different about us.
