A Summing Up

WHEN I find myself beset with worry and doubt, self pity and egoism, then it is time for me to take a deep breath, lean back and start summing up the trail that I have travelled recently to get myself in such a state. This time I want to put it in writing. The visual memory thus attained should profit me for a longer period than usual.
