A Nudge From the Judge

THERE HAS been a good deal of argument, pro and con, relative to the sentencing of people convicted of alcohol-related offenses to attend meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous. I have retired after twenty years on the bench and have used this method of trying to salvage at least some of the offenders that I have sentenced. I am a member of AA and have been for many years.
