Some time ago, I attended the Western Canada Regional Forum. During the weekend it occurred to me that our group has some individuals who are responsible in service, but as a group we have become extremely irresponsible.

I began to wonder if our GSR knew that the Forum was being held, or if he even knew what a Regional Forum was. I began to wonder if "Ted" had ever attended any GSR meetings, and, with his obvious lack of interest, why he hadn't resigned.
