A Daily Reprieve
As I walk out into the early dawn to pick up my newspaper, I raise my eyes to the beautiful Florida sky and say, "Good morning, God."
It wasn't always that way. For many years I woke up and said, "Good God, it's morning!" I was filled with all the fears alcoholics know.
My name is Flo and I'm a grateful alcoholic. I'm entering my twentieth year in the Fellowship. I can still remember how I felt when I walked into my first meeting up north.
