A Friend, a Cup of Coffee, and a Glimmer of Hope


In the June 1992 Grapevine, at the urging of the trustees treatment facilities committee, a request was made for articles from the Fellowship about the problems and successes of AA cooperation with treatment facilities.

Many responses were received, and while it is impossible to publish them all, what follows are the thoughts of seven AA members from across the United States and Canada on this vital topic, with more to follow next month.
