When I first got into AA and found myself floating around on that pink cloud, I began to get in a hurry to make up for lost time. I talked to my sponsor about it. He set me straight fast.
"What you got is a bad case of 'the gottas,'--'You gotta do this, you gotta do that, gotta go here and gotta go there. You gotta take care of this and then get on top of that.'"
