Little Hobo

Tired of trying to survive, physically sick from my last drunk, and so financially unstable that I was living in my car in the dead of winter, I stumbled into my first meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous. The building was warm, the coffee was hot and free, and I was scared to death. The room was full of people all talking at once, laughing and hugging each other. My first thought was that probably they didn't get to see each other very often.
