Keep Service Simple

There has been much hand-wringing, conversation, and debate about how to get more AAs interested in service. It is a perennial topic at the district and area levels around here, and I'm sure at the conference level as well. Everyone interested has decried the lack of support or even interest in the service structure of the Fellowship.
