Awareness and Action

My sobriety began in a large city where AA groups were Traditions-oriented. After over ten years of sobriety, I moved from there to several other cities on the east coast, ending up in a small midwestern town. Over the years, I noticed that AA groups in some areas were strongly Traditions-oriented while others seemed to pay little or no attention to the Traditions.
