Sobriety in a Vacuum

I was shocked by the article about members who don't attend meetings. I wondered if the Grapevine was just trying to be sensational.
In our St. Louis groups, we always urged the newcomer and others to attend a lot of meetings. The article urged just the opposite.
Maybe some members don't need to attend meetings but most of us do to maintain our sobriety and serenity. In my case I will reach forty years of sobriety next month, and I hope to continue to attend... Login to read more
