Responses from readers to the February and May 1999 issues on the topic of using the Lord's Prayer at AA meetings.
The article "A Contradiction in Terms?" reminded me of a pamphlet entitled "The Last Talks of AA's Co-Founders." In it, Dr. Bob states clearly that the answer to our problem was in the Good Book, the Bible. The absolute essentials were the Sermon on the Mount, which includes the Our Father or Lord's Prayer, the thirteenth chapter of First Corinthians, and the Book of James.
