I was reading the December 1998 issue of the Grapevine when I saw a notice requesting personal stories of old-timers and young people. Well, I'm not an old-timer and I'm not a young person anymore, but I was once young and God willing will one day be an old-timer. So with this in mind, I've decided to submit my story to the Grapevine.
