Emotional recovery

IN THE past few months, the Grapevine has printed stories from alcoholics with "grave emotional and mental disorders." Two years ago, at 22 years of sobriety, I had to accept that I am one of those. It was one of the darkest times of my life. There was a tremendous sense of separation from God, and a feeling that "I must not be working my program right."
