HOW HAVE I CHANGED?

I've found myself a bit reluctant to write about how I have changed, perhaps because I sometimes doubt if I really have. I don't feel very different from the guy who walked into his first meeting many years ago, but it seems that the rest of the world has changed quite a lot in that time. It has gotten more beautiful, people have gotten nicer and reality has become something I love living in, rather than something I want to escape from.
