Could you get a card for Bob S.? He's in the hospital and not doing well," a person asked at a recent meeting. I knew quite a few Bob S.'s and I wondered if he was one of them. After the meeting, I looked for the person who'd asked about the card, but he'd already left. I felt as though a chance to be helpful may have gone with him.
