Dear Grapevine

In the recent diversity issue, I wish there had been some reference to diversity in how we present the message. I'm concerned about the growing uniformity of meeting structures. Are we needlessly turning people off with chanting, hand-holding, Christian prayers and droning readings? Are we doing this because that's how it's always been done? First impressions count. Far too often, our rituals turn people off before we get the chance to present our life-changing message.
