Starting over is never easy. But I had done it so many times that I became quite an expert at it. The story was always the same, with minor variations.
I would entice some unsuspecting soul into a relationship with me. After winning her trust, I would revert to my old pattern of daily drunkenness, working just enough to appear responsible and also ensure I had drinking money.
