A little 'musty'
I am grateful to Grapevine for continuing to publish stories about the varieties of spiritual experience. However, in the article by Rev. Ward Ewing ("Spirituality and God-Talk," April 2010), I suspect that he unwittingly gave us an example of why some AAs distrust religion.
Ewing writes a sermon, and at the end we hear, "we must." If there's one thing you can't say to an alcoholic, it's "you must" or even "we must."
