Let them buy cake
In response to recent i-Say forum comments (www.aagrapevine.org) about Seventh Tradition money being spent on food or medallions: Groups are autonomous. In my group the members donate the food and we buy a cake, because we are enjoying ourselves.
We have fun, something we never could have dreamed of when drunk.
