An old timer reflects on his family before and after he came into AA
My last drink was in June 1981 when I finally began to practice the AA way of life. It had been almost 13 years since my first meeting in the summer of 1968.
At 32 years old, I had just moved with my family to a new city to start a new job, and I was afraid that my drinking habits might interfere with my new occupation.
